Eco Detached House at Tarleton, Lancashire
Chris & Sarah Brookes were looking to build an energy efficient house and maximise the roof space to its maximum potential. The use of SIPs fulfilled both these targets.

INTERESTING FACT: The erection of the SIPs panels was undertaken at the same time as the Open Golf at Birkdale was being played - during appalling weather conditions! However no time was lost because of the bad weather.
