Four bedroomed SIPs Eco House in Greetland, Yorkshire
Having found a plot of land on the edge of Greetland just outside Halifax, Anthony researched the various types of construction and decided that SIPs was the way forward to help reduce the overall running costs of a four bedroomed family property. Being relatively local and having seen us at both the Harrogate & NEC Homebuilding & Renovating Shows Anthony decided to use SIPS@Clays because of their ‘considerable experience and extensive knowledge of the product’

Outer walls: Traditional Natural Stone
Roof Tiles: Natural Slate
Heating: Underfloor heating to ground floor only. Heat Recovery and Ventilation system throughout the house.
