The materials
Foundation: Concrete slab on strip footings.
Walls and roof: The Kingspan TEK Building System (SIPs)
Outer walls: Traditional Yorkshire Stone to match the existing school.
Roof Tiles: Alumasc Armaseam Aluminium Standing Seam Roof Cladding.
Heating: Underfloor heating.
