SIPs NHS Clinic, Malton

This was the fourth project on which Richard Eves Associates had specified the Kingspan TEK Building System. This gave Ian Moore the lead architect on this project every confidence that he could deliver to the client a low energy building accurately and on time.

INTERESTING FACT: The main criteria's for using the TEK system were the future low heating bills and the acoustic benefits the system gives. The client and architect were confident this would be achieved based on evidence and a site visit to the new chapel and classroom block at St Aidans School in Harrogate (Built by SIPS@Clays back in 2007)

Outer walls: A mixture of brick, render and cedar boarding
Roof Tiles: Cambo Lambao Black/Blue Slates
Heating: Underfloor
