SIPS Development with Habitable Roof Space, Wharfe View
This project was one of the first private housing schemes to be built using the Kingspan TEK Building System in the UK. By utilising the roof space (i.e. making the houses two and a half storeys) this meant these properties had three large bedrooms, one of which was in the roof space with an en-suite shower room.

Roof Tiles: Marley Modern
Heating: Gas Combination Boiler with radiators (smaller than normal) with Greenwood MVHR system (mechanical ventilation with heat recovery)
