How are SIP’s made?

SIP’s in the Kingspan TEK Building System are manufactured by autohesively bonding two 15 mm sheets of OSB 3 bonded to a 112mm CFC/HCFC-free rigid urethane core resulting in a panel with a thickness of just 142 mm. The process is fully automated, this yields consistent quality and tolerance. N.B. There is no adhesive used in the lamination of the OSB 3 to the insulation core.
