How does the Kingspan TEK Building System save so much on labour?
The cutting is done in the factory. Determining what cuts to make is done on a computer screen. Easily recognised components are shipped to the site for assembly, rather than waiting for interpretation of blue prints. SIP’s also come in much larger dimensional sizes than other building materials.
When on site a team of 4-6 can put up a Kingspan TEK Building System very quickly. Once constructed the sub contractors have a dry, thermally efficient envelope to work in meaning quicker installation of services and drying times for plastering etc and consequently, quicker project completion.
