Foundation: Strip Foundations with some isolated mini piling
Walls and roof: Kingspan TEK Building System
Outer walls: Threequarters Brick / One third render
Roof Tiles: Marley Modern
Heating: MVHR System, ‘Photovoltaic’ roof tiles (will aid hot water production)
