SIPS House Extension with Habitable Roof Space
The design brief was to create a three storey extension in the limited space available. Using SIPs panels the architect managed to accommodate a double garage to the ground floor, a double bedroom to the first floor and an office to the second floor.

INTERESTING FACT: Clever use of the roof space allowed the architect to achieve a partial room in the roof, which was designed to be used as a home office.
