Energy Efficient SIPS Detached House (featured on BBC Working Lunch)

Mick wanted to build a low energy home on the small plot of land he had available. Using SIPS panels he was able to maximise the internal habitable space (SIPS panels 142mm thick) and have vaulted ceilings to the first floor. He will be installing underfloor heating to the ground floor only, which with the aid of a MVHR system will heat the whole house.
