Second Phase - Stones Methodist Church, Ripponden
Despite the recession Richard Wilson has sold plots 1 & 2 of the development (phase 1) and is pushing ahead with plots 3 & 4 (phase 2). The fact the houses require minimal heating has enabled Richard to differentiate his development from others in the area and hence sell the properties.

INTERESTING FACT: Erection of the ground floor SIPs commenced in late February and as you can see from the photographs the roof was fitted on Wednesday 1st April. The stonemasons have also been working while the SIPs were erected and all the masonry was completed on Friday 3rd April. David, the site foreman, estimates that both houses will be fully finished and ready for occupation by early June.

Roof Tiles: Spanish Blue Slate
Heating: Underfloor heating to ground floor only. Heated towel rails to bathrooms.
