Classic SIPs Dormer Bungalow

The planning authority had dictated that the ridge height could be no higher than the surrounding bungalows. Peter Lord, the architect, specified Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) to enable Colin to make full use of the available space, in what would traditionally be the attic. The first floor has three bedrooms, two of which have an an ensuite bathroom.
