SIPs Eco-Extensions at Wakefield
Alan Pine is a registered TEK Erector and has built numerous SIPs and timber frame houses. Over the past year he has built a number of small extensions around the Wakefield area using SIPs panels. Using SIPs allows Alan to reduce the thickness of the external walls, in this case to 296mm giving far more usable internal space; this also removes the bricklayer from the critical path giving a far quicker build period.
