The NHBC foundation published the findings of its research on modern methods of construction in January.

The guide provides advice on how to approach MCC projects, including suggestions on the systems and process developers and builders should adopt when using such methods.

The foundation will shortly publish research on energy, waste and water management, which will be followed by a guide for lenders on risk management in MCC projects.
